This is a great gift item!

I just received one of these boards as a gift from a friend who knows I'm a foodie. I am really impressed with it and can't wait until my next party so I can use it and show it off. It's really well made and I'm impressed. I'm even more impressed that my friend in Canada found a local Texan to buy it from.
